Mcse 2003 is still valuable & most demanded Microsoft networking certification course...

&
it will not at all retire for coming next 2 years..

why to select MCSE 2003 ?

  • - Large numbers of companies have purchased license for Win server 2003
  • - & where there is a Microsoft operating system the troubles will be there. So industry needs troubleshooters & maintenance professionals... as a result MCSE 2003 certificate holders are in demand...
  • - MCSE 2003 is whole & complete engineering course for win 2003 O.S... than any other Microsoft courses...
  • - In MCSE 2003 you study from win 2003's requirements, compatibilities, services to win 2003's network requirements, compatibilities, & services...

So MCSE 2003 are most famous among all other Microsoft's certifications

-& these exams study covers much more study course of most of the remaining exams...

more detail-mcse2003

Microsoft MCSE 2003

MICROSOFT MCSE 2003 & new generation certifications

Microsoft certified systems engineer on windows server 2003 ....
that is
Microsoft Mcse 2003.

Microsoft has launched new generation certification in early 2008...
But still now the term ''Microsoft mcse 2003'' has more value than any other microsoft certificates...

Other day, i think nearly one month ago i was with my friend
& discussing with her about all these networking certifications...
Microsoft mcse 2003, CCNA.. etc...

& the other lady interrupted us... -we were in the train-
She was instructor at IIHT... -i think she was a newbie.. -

So she take on my friend as her client..
& persuit her to join her new batch of Microsoft mcse 2003...

So i asked her about Microsoft's new generation certificates like mcts etc...

1st thing i noticed she wasn't knowing it...
& then she said those haven't lunched yet in india...
i said OK..

Really still today, those courses not so famous like MCSE...

Here are some reason to go for mcse certification 2003..
if u r confused whether to join microsoft mcse 2003 or new generation certificates...

  • -There are companies on large scale in industry who are using Win 2003 server...
  • - & they will keep on using win 2003 as they have paid lots of money for its license to Microsoft..
  • - & Microsoft would not supply them free license of win 2008...
  • - so as long as microsoft keep on updating win 2003 & supports win 2003,, industry will need Microsoft mcse 2003 certificate holders...
  • - microsoft mcse cerification is famous. & most recuitors only ask for MCSE who really don't have any idea about microsoft certification... so recuitor only know the thing that works..
  • -MICROSOFT MCSE 2003- Microsoft mcse ---- Mcse---this mcse is the Whole complete course ... & new generation certification is divided as per different roles... for application.. server,, etc..
in mcse u need to know everything about that system's...
-mean win 2003's network functionality.. n everything about that operating system... -

So till now MCSE rocks !!!

Microsoft will try to promote new generation certifications in coming year... but Microsoft also ensures that Microsoft mcse 2003 certification & its credential will not retire..

MCSE Requirements

MCSE Requirements?

Umm what does that mean....

Yes I remember,

I had submitted only 2 identity proofs

& ummm

& yes that’s it & what else?...

YES and well now... no one can forget this...

$$$$$ for each exam...

i.e. Microsoft’s exam fees.

Other than that they ask me for nothing ...

not education qualifications...

not IT industry experience. & nothing,,,

just choose your exams & pass it :)

If you ask me... what require becoming MCSE?

Hmmm.

This requirement word made me to think lots of points..

OK. Lets list what I required & sure enough.. you also will require to be an MCSE.

1. You must be an IT savvy.

2. You must like working with computer systems & networks.

3. You must like to learn new things or same things again & again.

4. You will need good training program.

5. Dedication, hard work.

Ok.. Now I am serious.

i will make practical list...

Requirements for mcse

  • Giving the exam.
  • Exam preparations.
  • Taking a proper training.
  • join any good training course (optional)
  • Selecting right MCSE track for you.

Hmmm now..

Point 1. Giving exams.

As I said earlier...

you have to submit 2 identity proofs at exam center.

As Promatric center have options to register any exams manually..

Well its obvious let the exam center (which u choose nearby) do these all for you.

It’s their job.

Well... on Microsoft’s site or some other sites you will find description how to register for exams...

if you are confused by that.

Forget!!! There is nothing to worry about it.

Test center will take care of that part.

Other thing you will require for exams than money is ''confidence & concentration''...

& that will be within you,

if you can answer is ‘yes’ for the question.. 'have you studied regularly?'

Point 2. Exam preparation:

Whether you are taking training in any institute or not;-

it’s preparation is depend upon

"you"

how you prepare.

You must read books.

As there are so many options for preparation... dumps, flash cards, video, audio books.

Well my experience is gain detail knowledge & understand every concept thoroughly.

Everybody was insisting me to read only Dumps... when I was preparing for my mcse certification. & was telling same questions repeat...

well but I started with books.

I took all notes.

Reread it for 3-4 times.

Dumps..- I used them just to get an idea about how the questions will be coming in the exams. Well I had very limited time though...

Use most possible ways for your preparation.

Best way is understand & practice all that you learn from trainer or books.

If you know the thing throughout, you won’t find any difficulty to answering anything about it.

Point 3 taking a proper training

Whatever you experience is memorized in your brain easily.

Technology is practical.

You must do everything practically to understand it clearly.

Like installations, networking, active directory options, policies.

I was very keen to do all these things practically..

& it was very amusing to me, while doing unwanted thing like studying.

Point 4. Join any good training institute.

Well it’s optional.

If you are working in IT industry, & daily handling servers. I can assure you taking training from any institute is not too necessary for you.

But before you invest money.

PLZ..

Do some research on that training institute..

More about trainer.

I am telling you this because I had really BAD experience.

Everything I had to learn from books rather than from trainer.

So I heartily wish this should not happen to anyone.

Point 5. Selecting right MCSE track for you

hmm... now this is interesting....

Lots of MCSE certified people out there.

So you have tough competition.

That’s why don’t go for common mcse exams.

Know which exams mcrosoft offers?

Which designation you are looking for?

Operating Systems Engineer?

Network Engineer?

Systems Analyst?

Network Analyst?

Technical Consultant?

Network designer?

More than that...

Choose what you like.

Just don’t do MCSE for money... OR on other’s opinion...

do if your heart says.

Point 6 know the MCSE exams:

Know which exams give you title of MCSE.

So here again we come to the point 1

that is exams....

hmm after all these mcse exams are your goal.

Well now I will stop circling to the same points

&

you find out what exams papers are available

&

which exams you can choose to have your mcse certifications...

in other words. MCSE requirements ;)

Requirements for MCSE 2000 (do not go for mcse 2000 cert. it will expire soon)

Microsoft certified systems engineer

Become a valuable MCSE engineer & grab money !!!!

MCSE- Microsoft certified systems engineer certification ... Gives you high paying salary... is it? does that certification is valuable?
Only if you can make MCSE is your specialty.

But with millions of MCSE certified people all around the word.. Is it possible to be a special & not common.. Or ordinary Microsoft certified systems engineer -mcse block!!!!

Of course everything is possible..

but to become a special you have to give something valuable thing you have.
Oho!!! It just needs your little but precious time.

You must invest your little valuable time before investing your valuable money.

Just give your some time to know what is MCSE?

In other words...
Know what specialties Microsoft offers to supercharge your career with MCSE certification.

You will find many Mcse engineers unsatisfied with their job & payment. If Mcse certification is for your definite growth in career. So why every mcse certified person is not successful?

Most pals go for the basic certifications suggested by institute or friends.

Are you doing mcse? Great!!!! ... hey useful course... hmmm... good decision!!! But its not easy. Many people fail in exams. Loooaaaaads of different different opinions you will hear when you utter a word MCSE to any IT savvy pal.

Ask for what is mcse to any counselor at institute. =who only want money from you=
Or ask... how to give it? What answer will you get?

Its Microsoft certification program, Microsoft certified systems engineer, for operating systems, its network related course. It’s good for your career. You have to give 7 exams. ----- ------ these are core exams, & ----- ----- these are elective exams.

Then directly they will describe you about their training methods. What they provide... blah... blah... blah.... If there will be any Microsoft’s discount offer available, they will inform you about that.

NOW!!!

What Do you know about MCSE exam papers?

Do you only know about common mcse paper that most mcse pals go for?

Are you the person who asks for which are the easy papers?

If your answer is No...

Hmmm... Well then....

MCSE certificates definitely boost your career. & I can say you will be one of the Microsoft certified systems engineers who are successful & getting paid with high salary.

Your success depends upon you...

& it is within you...

search for what interests you in MCSE exams.

What’d you like to work with?

What do you like to do?

Like to troubleshoot?

Design networks?

Manage networks?

Helpdesk support ?

Hardware support ?

Administrate network?

Find yourself where you fit in?

Select your own way & become successful. It’s not MCSE certification provide you high salary. It is what you can do best of your opportunity... Opportunity that Microsoft MCSE offers you.

Moral of the story :) ......

Select the right Microsoft certified systems engineer exams track....
& become a successful...
not a FOOL.

MCSE Or MCSA

MCSE OR MCSA?

Mcse vs. Mcsa? What’s different between them?

Only E & A ... well both are vowels... in English language...

so here... you see... both contains core exams...

Or...

i will say... A is for Average skills

& E is for some Extra.

Well in real IT industry world what really count is your experience & you hard work..

If you are hardworking & work more than expected, they will load all different different role on you, they even won't bother to check if you are certified to perform that task..

But when its matter of salary hike or designation raise you must have certificates in your hand..

Oh sorry!!! Now to the point...

MCSE- E stands for engineer &

MCSA- A stands for administrator.

Well again 1 point came to my mind... (in india you see..)
when any person joins IT company, newbie starts with post engineer & administrator’s post for an experienced person...

Well here in mcse certification MCSA- A stands for your average, basic or common qualification needed for all computer technologist. & MCSE- E stands for expert qualities.

Now i m serious..

MCSE OR MCSA ?

In MCSA- Administration- you need to know how to implement, manage & maintain windows based network & Microsoft’s networking services.

&

In MCSE- Engineering- here you need to study how to implement, manage & maintain windows based huge network.. Plus how to plan these networks, how to design network, in real world sometimes your architecture skill demanded to design network.

There are lots of exam's options to become mcse certified. well but this choice is for elective exams particularly.. Most core exams are compulsory..

So what would you select.. mcse or mcsa?

Some extra or same average..

Consider MCSA:

  • If you have very limited time to complete your certification- & your job or day schedule doesn’t provide much time for study... Go for MCSA.
  • Money problem!! yes really!! This is important factor.. You have to pay money for training & then for Microsoft’s each exams.. i.e. $125 for every 7 papers.
Latter on you can continue your certification & get the title of mcse.- but carefully choose exams those are common for mcse & mcsa.
  • If Microsoft going to publish new certification exam track soon, but you need certification as soon as possible for current job. Do mcsa.
  • If your company uses other servers, too. Like Linux etc. & you require other certifications too.. Go for core certification of Microsoft.. MCSA..

Consider MCSE when:

  • You love studying & you like to give lots of exams.
  • You like designing & planning & you have great imagination power.
  • Choose mcse for better career in windows based platform.

Well & of course you like to learn more & more, do MCSE!

Now!!

In industry, network is full of different servers.. Not only based on Microsoft platform... so you might have to study for those different certifications too.

So here, while choosing your certification consider which job designation you are looking for.

If your job interest is for system Admin, go for MCSA.. But if your want to work with networks, go for MCSE.

Remember this,, Microsoft is not the only product that industry use.
Only Microsoft’s certification is not enough for good career in IT Field...

for system admin you must have knowledge of all types of systems.
& for network admin you must have knowledge of all types of devices on network.

-------------------------------------------------------

Microsoft’s suggested job titles for each course:

Job titles for MCSA:

System administrator
network administrator
(after all it is Microsoft Certified System Administrator certification)
network operation analyst
Network technician
or technical support specialist

Job titles for MCSE:

Systems engineer
network engineer
systems analyst
network analyst
or technical consultant
